Over the Doctor Anywhere app, you can see a doctor when you need, with medication delivered to your doorstep. This guide will cover everything you need to know about how you can seek medical assistance over the app, so that you can get the care you need.
Part 1: How to Set Up your Account
Step 1: You can download the Doctor Anywhere app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Step 2: Create an account on the Doctor Anywhere app with your email address. This account is unique to you and should not be shared with anyone else, as it will contain your personal consultation history.
Step 3: Before you can see a doctor, you will need to update your profile information. You can navigate to your profile information by clicking on Profile > My Info > About me.
Do also remember to switch on your notifications for Doctor Anywhere, so that you can receive prompts from the app for your medical consultations.
Step 4: If your company has a corporate programme with Doctor Anywhere or are under an insurer that partners with Doctor Anywhere, do tag the relevant company in your account to enjoy your benefits.
Part 2: How to See a Doctor
Step 1: You can see a variety of medical experts over the Doctor Anywhere app via video-consultation by clicking on Video Consultation. Select the service that you are seeking medical assistance for.
Step 2: Depending on the service you have selected, you can choose to see a GP anytime or make an appointment to see the medical expert at a later date.
Should you want to an appointment, you can view the expert’s available timings on the app and select your desired appointment slot.
Step 3: Before the consultation with the expert, you will need to fill in a pre-consultation survey.
This helps the expert better understand your medical condition so that they can treat you better.
Step 4: Confirm your payment option.
Step 5: Once you have completed the pre-consultation survey and confirmed payment, you will be able to see a doctor in 5 minutes or less.
Part 3: How to Purchase Medication
Step 1: After your consultation with the doctor, you will receive a notification to log back into the app once your prescription is ready. You can view your prescription by going to History > Select the right consultation date > Buy Medication.
Remember to switch on your notifications for Doctor Anywhere in your phone settings, so you don’t miss the notification for your medication.
Step 2: You will be able to select the medication that you want to purchase. Simply click on each medication listed to select it or deselect it and proceed to confirm your selection.
Step 3: Once you have chosen your medication, you can confirm your delivery address and your desired delivery timing. Our delivery time slots are between 8am - 11pm.
Step 4: Lastly, input any promo code you have for the consultation before making payment.
Step 5: Once you have made payment, you will receive a confirmation for your order on the app as well as over SMS. The message will let you know what time you can expect your delivery to arrive.
Step 6: When our friendly courier arrives with your delivery, remember to show them the verification code for your medication. This can be found by going to History > Select the right consultation date.
Step 7: A few days after your consultation, you will receive a check-in from us! Do let us know how you are feeling and whether you may need additional medical assistance. Our doctors are always ready to help you.
