How do I sign up for a DA Marketplace account?

Accepted Answer

There are 2 ways in which you can sign up for a DA Marketplace account:

1. Sign Up through DA Web Marketplace

Select the profile option at the top right of the marketplace home page.   
Click on the "Sign Up" option and fill in your details.

2. Sign Up through DA App

Download the Doctor Anywhere app through the Google Play DA Marketplace uses the same account as other DA services. Or App store.  
Click on the app and choose to either sign up through your Facebook account, Google account, or by entering in your details manually.

Creating an account is free - you will only be charged when you consult a healthcare provider or make a purchase on our app.

What payment methods are available on DA Marketplace?

Our marketplace accepts online payments via Visa and Mastercard.

Question 3

How can I use a promo code on the DA Marketplace?

Accepted Answer

You can enter in your promo code on the payments page before you confirm your purchase. After entering in your credit card details, enter in your promo code under the empty field titled "promo code" and click on the "apply" button. Your promo code will be effective if the promotional conditions are met.

How do I raise a return / refund request?

Accepted Answer

To raise a return / refund request, please contact the Doctor Anywhere customer service team here. (https://www.doctoranywhere.my/contact-us). Items purchased will only be considered for returns / refunds if the request is raised within 14 working days from the date of order.

Eligibility for returns and refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Please clearly state your return / refund reason(s) and include attachments that may be useful for our investigation.

If a refund is deemed eligible, we will notify you on the outcome via email or call. The process of refund will take up to 10 working days.

What is the area of coverage for delivery of products sold on the marketplace?

Accepted Answer

We currently deliver within Peninsular Malaysia only:

Peninsular : 4 working days

Remote Area of Peninsular (table below) : 6 working days

Is there a delivery fee charged?

Accepted Answer

No, delivery of products sold through the marketplace is currently free-of-charge. However, kindly note that we only deliver within Peninsular Malaysia at the moment.

To raise an enquiry regarding delivery status , please contact the Doctor Anywhere customer service team here. (https://https://www.doctoranywhere.my/contact-us). Our Team will investigate on it, and revert as soon as possible.
