1. Promotion Overview​

   • As part of Doctor Anywhere’s health plan, users are eligible for special teleconsultation rates for one year via the DA App. Users will also receive promo codes for a one-month life insurance plan with Fi Life and a free dietitian consultation.

2. Eligibility

   • The health plan application is open to all users and residents of Malaysia.

   • Only citizen of Malaysia are entitled to receive the 5 x FREE mental health consultation. 

3. Promo Code Redemption

   • Users will receive a unique promo code from Doctor Anywhere's email to redeem services on DA app and via the various partner's platform.

4. Home-based Health Screening Offer

   • Users who purchase a life insurance plan from Fi Life and pay for a full year using the Doctor Anywhere promo code will be eligible for a subsidized home-based health screening within Klang Valley. This service is provided by Doctor Anywhere in collaboration with Fi Life

5. How to Claim the Health Screening

   • After purchasing the one-year life insurance plan, Fi Life will validate the purchase and inform Doctor Anywhere. Doctor Anywhere will then contact users to schedule the home-based health screening via DA's booking form. Users must apply the unique promo code provided to receive the complimentary health screening.

6. Terms and Conditions for Home-Based Health Screening

   • Screening Details: Each health screening includes urine and blood sample collection and testing, and measurement of height, weight, and blood pressure.

   • Appointment Rescheduling:

     • Customers must reschedule appointments at least 24 days in advance.

     • A penalty fee of RM40 applies for cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours.

     • Rescheduling requests must be emailed to hellomy@doctoranywhere.com.

   • Missed Appointments: If a customer misses their appointment and is unreachable for 20 minutes into the scheduled time, no refund will be issued.

   • Emergency Cancellations: Doctor Anywhere will evaluate emergency cancellations on a case-by-case basis and may consider exemptions.

   • Booking Confirmation: The health screening team will contact users to confirm the booking based on the available timeslot.

   • Service Availability: Home-based health screenings are currently available only in the Klang Valley Area and are offered Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

   • Rate Changes: Special home-based screening rates for multiple participants are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Telehealth Terms Related to Promotion

   • The discounted rates for Doctor Anywhere GP, specialist, and mental health consultations are applicable only through Doctor Anywhere’s telehealth platform.

8. General Conditions

   • This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.

   • Doctor Anywhere and partners reserve the right to amend, extend, or terminate this promotion and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

   • In the event of any dispute regarding this promotion, the decision of Doctor Anywhere and partners will be final and binding.

9. Limitation of Liability

   • Doctor Anywhere and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this promotion, including the redemption and use of the promo code and the health screening services.

10. Governing Law

    • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Confidentiality

    • Details regarding the usage of the promo code and customer referrals must remain confidential as per the agreement between all parties.
