What to know about Health Screening

  • Fast at least 10 hours before your appointment

  • Small sips of plain water are allowed

  • Wear a short-sleeved shirt for your comfort and to facilitate any blood taking

  • Do not take medication or insulin for diabetes in the morning of your appointment

  • Regular medication for high blood pressure and heart conditions can be continued

  • For ladies: Do ensure buffer 5 days between the end of your period and your appointment
